This statue was made by Michelangelo in 1521. Although it is a relatively unknown sculpture, I recreated it because I thought it showed Michelangelo's talent very well. The statue expressed the resurrection of Jesus, and it is displayed at Santa Maria Sopra Minerva in Rome. I added some missing parts and added more detail. I hope that our work conveyed the beauty of the original beautiful sculpture.
